VMIVME-7750 2 shows the logic conditions allowed for the tilting operation of the lifting appliance in PC2.4.9 logic block on page 4200 of PC2. From this logic block, it can be seen that when the input at point 11 is 1, there will be no output at point 20, and the state of point 11 is determined by PC2.4.8. From PC2.4.8, it can be seen that when the hardware of the lifting tool tilting screw stops the limit action (input point 6 in the PC2.4.8 logic block, SCRWJ-END_STP-FLT, is 1), at this time, PC2.4.8 outputs 1, which interrupts the allowable conditions for lifting tool tilting operation. After research, we believe that we can start from here and solve the problem. As long as the hardware stop limit fault point (SCRWJ-END_STP-FLT) of the lifting tool tilt screw in VMIVME-7750is deleted, the lifting tool tilt operation conditions can still be met during the tilt stop limit action, making the lifting tool tilt action still adjustable. However, there are safety hazards in this way. When the driver continues to adjust towards the overtravel direction, it may cause damage to the tilt screw, so protection needs to be added to the tilt action logic.
