On October 28, 2021, the Jinan Shengquan 230000 ton phenolic resin production plant DCS+Batch engineering project contracted by Hollysys was officially put into operation. The project was launched on December 19, 2020, and the efficient implementation speed of the project benefited from sufficient demand communication between both parties. At the beginning of the project’s establishment, it faced multiple production difficulties that needed to be solved. The project team of Industrial and Software Company cracked the project difficulties one by one according to the needs, ultimately achieving the requirements of intelligent and fully automated production in the factory.

1. Multiple formulas, multiple raw materials, and high feeding accuracy
Solution:
(1) The batch control system of Industrial Software Company provides functions such as automatic feeding, code scanning and error prevention, to prevent operators from adding incorrect materials;
(2) Based on the raw material ratio, the required feeding amount for the next raw material is automatically calculated based on the actual feeding amount of a parent material, greatly improving the accuracy of raw material ratio;
