Description

The VMIVME-2540 intermediate three impulse control system is shown in Figure 1. In the figure, the main regulator PID1 uses the water level signal as the main control signal to control the auxiliary regulator PID2. The auxiliary regulator PID2 receives the main regulator signal, as well as the feedwater flow signal and steam flow signal. The steam flow and feedwater flow are adjusted through the feedforward loop, which can quickly eliminate disturbances from the feedwater flow.
