[Maintenance Summary] Once the steam supply load of the steam boiler increases, the water level in the steam drum not only does not decrease for a period of time, but also significantly increases; When the load decreases, the water level actually decreases over a period of time, which is the phenomenon of “false water level”.
The P1D parameters of the feedforward feedback single stage control system are set according to a certain load. When the load changes, the originally set parameters cannot meet the requirements; The steam flow signal introduced by the system can only weaken the misoperation of the regulating mechanism during the false water level period, and cannot fundamentally eliminate the phenomenon of false water level.
