Description

GE UR6TH Multilin Digital I/O Control Module

GE UR6TH supports simultaneous connection of multiple client nodes, allowing users to easily expand their existing supervisory HMI, SCAD, and production and performance management applications. Advanced features have been integrated through the user interface, promoting local, remote, fast, and hot configuration changes. Users can add new devices and nodes to the network without going offline. With these features and support for runtime changes and robust server diagnostics, DAS servers simplify system maintenance and management. Migrating to an enhanced DAD server is a simple and seamless process. For those who are currently using magical software on DAS servers for General Electric I/O, migrating to enhanced DAP servers using General Electric’s SRTP is easy. Users only need to import the configuration file into the DAD server interface software to run it. This new DAS server is the latest addition to the Qiqi series of DAS server products, designed to provide customers with tighter device and control network integration capabilities, reducing the amount of configuration required for device communication. The powerful module communicates directly with the controller LogixPLC through the backplane, providing the flexibility and processing speed of industrial computers. Messages can be sent to multiple recipients simultaneously or automatically forwarded to a single recipient/destination.

GE UR6TH can obtain data from up to 20 Hart or universal analog input channels and 14 digital inputs, with two analog outputs and up to 12 relay outputs, and provide its data to the system and all major automation systems through multiple communication interfaces and protocols. It also has an embedded web server that can be accessed through the internet by any web browser once appropriate security procedures are followed. Memorandum M is installed on a standard T-rail, powered by a 24VDC or 230VAC power supply, and has IP20 protection. All connections at the front of the device are designed to be screw or spring terminals that can be inserted, with reverse polarity protection in any situation. Unlock the spring terminals with a slotted screwdriver. It provides 256MB of internal memory that complies with various legal instructions, as well as tamper proof data recording for 32GBSD cards and 32GBUSB drives. The built-in software includes an FDM on-site data manager for visualization, analysis, backup, and reporting; Audit tracking software consistent with FDA 21CFR Part 11; And calibration of ITERM Triessens temperature sensors. The message can be confirmed, the relay is remotely controlled, and the current value can be queried by any web browser. Connectivity solutions include growing domestic personal computer cables, providing greater functionality, programmability, and connectivity.
