The functional scope of this system implementation includes preprocessing, leaf making, and silk making. The interface scope includes the library system and silk making control system. The library system and silk making control system are implemented by different manufacturers. GE Profile, with its open system architecture, collects and stores production, management, and analysis data of each system through open protocols corresponding to different systems, and constructs a complete factory level desktop production platform. As shown in the following figure:

1. Real time production data collection:
The MES I/O collection server is responsible for collecting all data, alarm information, and production information provided by the underlying suppliers of production equipment, and transmitting them to the real-time database server. These collected data are filtered and sorted by the MES core platform PA, and recorded in the SQL database of the MES application server for production history traceability, quality, equipment analysis, assessment, and report query. These I/O collection servers will collect data from the underlying fieldbus.
