The control system of this project adopts a three-level monitoring structure:
The first level is the sales company dispatch center: the sales company dispatch center monitors the initial station and distribution station through communication;
The second level is the station control system: under normal circumstances, the station control system completes automatic monitoring of on-site equipment;
The third level is on-site operation: when the station control system malfunctions or undergoes maintenance, equipment operation is carried out on-site.
2. Station control system
The station control system mainly consists of control stations, operator workstations, data communication interfaces, etc. The process control unit adopts a highly reliable remote terminal unit (RTU), and the operator workstation used as the human-machine interface adopts a microcomputer. In terms of communication, a communication interface unit is configured to connect with on-site intelligent devices, using the standard ModBus RTU protocol, RS-485 interface, and a communication rate of 9600bps. Set up an Ethernet communication interface module to upload data to the dispatch center through optical fiber. At the same time, the station is also equipped with an independent flow computer, which communicates with the station control system to obtain natural gas composition values. The flow computer calculates standard flow rate, natural gas density, calorific value, and other data based on differential pressure, pressure, temperature, and natural gas composition, and transmits the calculation data to the station control system for calculation, archiving, and storage of the distribution flow rate. The system adopts a single bus method and uses LD language application programs to achieve programming requirements, The scanning time can reach around 30ms.
