The function of IS200VSVOH1BED pressure transmitter is to detect the water pressure of pipe network. Intelligent pid regulator realizes the pid adjustment of water pressure of pipe network. plc control unit is the execution equipment of pump group management, meanwhile, it is also the driving control of frequency converter, according to the actual change of water consumption, it automatically adjusts the number of other operating pumps of industrial frequency. The application of frequency converter and plc provides convenience for the smooth and continuous adjustment of water pump speed. The pump motor realizes the frequency conversion soft start, eliminates the impact on the power grid, electrical equipment and mechanical equipment, and prolongs the service life of electromechanical equipment.

IS200VSVOH1BED adopts three sets of motors and pumps to supply constant pressure water to the water network, and each motor can work in the frequency conversion mode or the industrial frequency mode, but only one motor works in the state of frequency conversion and speed regulation at a time. When working, it can be selected according to the actual situation. The frequency converter constantly adjusts the speed of the pump according to the change of the actual water pressure, and achieves the purpose of constant water pressure by adjusting the flow rate. In addition, the programmable controller according to the current water supply pumps for reasonable switching, timely increase and decrease pumps, to achieve the best match.
