The computer control system is divided into two layers: field control level and production management level. It is connected by high-speed optical fiber Industrial Ethernet (TCP/IP protocol) to realize the sharing of information and resources. It has perfect control capability, high reliability and convenient and flexible expansion capability. The system design starts from the process flow and realizes automatic control of the production process.
The field control level, namely PLC control, is distributed on the production site to collect and control process parameters, and communicate with the central control room through high-speed, real-time Industrial Ethernet. Between the three PLC field control stations and the central control room, we have built a communication network based on optical fiber Industrial Ethernet. The network communication protocol is TCP/IP, and the communication medium is four core multimode optical fiber. If a PLC station malfunctions, the equipment monitored by the PLC station can still be manually controlled by switching switches. The production management level is located in the central control room and is monitored by two upper computers for the operation of the entire plant’s equipment. The monitoring computer simultaneously serves as an I/O server, running the monitoring software of Helishi Company. The server is configured with redundancy, fully achieving dual hot standby.
