There is a universal terminal communication interface on the VC module, and users can set it in the super terminal software through RS232 communication cable to check the functions of the VC module, including zero and full scale adjustment, control parameter adjustment, etc.
The VC module is designed with a manual operation function. When the automatic/manual key switch on the backup handwheel is turned to manual, pressing the increase/decrease button and acceleration button can directly operate the control door. The normal increase/decrease speed is 5%/min, and the acceleration increase/decrease speed is 35%/min. The VC module implements manual/automatic command tracking.
VC is suitable for the control of various hydraulic systems using electro-hydraulic converters, typical applications such as power plant steam turbines, feed pump steam turbines, turbine bypass systems, gas turbines, blowers, etc.
