SD rotation monitoring module:
The SD module provides three speed measurements, six switch inputs, and two switch outputs for various rotating machinery turbine speed measurements. It can also provide two speed alarm signals (which can be used for overspeed protection), and the alarm limit can be manually set. It can also output frequency signals (TTL level mode) after integer shaping. The SD module can also input three switch signals and perform a two out of three logic judgment within the card to obtain the final result, which is suitable for speed monitoring and control of rotating equipment.
The VC module is an intelligent servo and power amplifier module that receives control instructions from the controller and, after PI calculation, sends the power amplifier output to control the executing mechanism. The VC module integrates a displacement transmitter, and the two displacement sensor signals can be directly input into the VC module. The processing cycle of the VC module reaches 5ms. The VC module provides two output commands, with output signals currently available in three types: -10V~+10V, -10mA~+10mA, and 4-20 mA. The VC card also provides a 4-20 mA output for selected valve feedback.
