GE IC670CHS001E With convenient wiring, the switching and proportional signals of push-button operation and rocker operation can be directly input to the digital and analog input modules of the PLC via cable. This way of structure is simple, low cost, high reliability, control system hardware design and software programming is extremely simplified. However, in the actual industrial site, the wiring is subject to many restrictions, especially for mobile equipment, the use of wired control method is not convenient and flexible enough to operate the personnel. Because the robot we developed needs to move on the track for a long distance, and the operating distance is far, so it must be operated by wireless remote control.

GE IC670CHS001E for this we use the wireless digital transmission module as a communication module, and designed based on the 16-bit microcontroller handheld operator, improved remote control robot control system overall functional block diagram shown in Figure 2. The wireless digital transmission module is used in pairs, one at the handheld operator end and one at the control system end on the manipulator body, respectively, to complete the wireless transmission and reception of data. When the control system needs, it can also send and receive in both directions, that is, the same end of the digital transmission module in the data reception and data transmission function switch. At this time, it should be noted that the digital transmission module requires a certain amount of time to switch between the sending and receiving functions.
