Coated paper label: Coated paper is a commonly used material for barcode printers, with a mass of approximately 82g/m2. It can be used at temperatures ranging from 50 to 90 ℃, with a minimum label temperature of 7 ℃. The coated surface has excellent ink absorption ability and is suitable for heat transfer printing of various high-definition high-density barcodes. However, the anti fouling ability of coated paper is average, and its resistance to acid and alkali corrosion is weak, making it unsuitable for ammunition storage in harsh battlefield environments and special temporary locations. 2) Synthetic paper: Synthetic paper is a matte white polypropylene film that has undergone biaxial stretching treatment and three-layer co extrusion. Weight 65g/m2, thickness 80 μ M. The temperature range for use is 50~90 ℃, with a minimum labeling temperature of 7 ℃. The surface material is smooth and delicate, suitable for certain durability, moisture resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. But the surface material is relatively hard and not suitable for irregular surfaces and particularly soft cylinders. Due to the use of fiberglass and plastic cylinder packaging for some ammunition packaging, synthetic paper is not suitable as a material for ammunition barcode labels. 3) Thermal paper: Thermal paper is a paper material treated with a high thermal sensitivity thermal coating. The high sensitivity surface material can be used for low voltage printing heads, thus minimizing wear and tear on the printing heads. Thermal paper is suitable for labeling shelves such as cold storage and refrigerated cabinets. However, the biggest drawback of thermal paper is its weak resistance to rubbing and impact. When a nail is forcefully scratched on the paper, it will leave a black scratch. 4) Offset paper: Offset paper is used for multi-color overprinting. In addition to requiring good whiteness and less dust, it also has high requirements for paper tightness, tension resistance, and folding resistance. Its performance is basically the same as that of coated paper.
