Description
GE D20-PS LFDSC143-4000 Ladder Logic PLC Modules
The GE D20-PS LFDSC143-4000 connects and communicates over Rockwell Ethernet/IP networks. The Ethernet IP Marker has a built-in web server that eliminates the need to install software to program the marker. Setting up the display requires opening a web browser on your computer and entering the IP address of the marker. Ethernet IP Marker has a fully integrated package that allows the user to configure and broadcast PLC data and message information in the PLC’s ladder logic code without the need to program communication blocks.
The GE D20-PS LFDSC143-4000 innovation enables users to set the functionality of the selector flags and simply connect to a Rockwell PLC. messages displayed on the selector boxes can be alarms, machine performance or production data. These messages are selected and displayed through the PLC’s internal registers. The format of these registers can be any combination of bits, words, or strings. The Ethernet IP tag has an additional Ethernet port built into the tag. This second port gives the checkbox the flexibility to broadcast information to any computer on the plant network via a web server. This computer can monitor production data and gather real-time information from the plant floor by simply entering the IP address of the subject.
The GE D20-PS LFDSC143-4000 does not bleed at a steady pressure, thus preventing costly gases from passing through unnecessary venting losses. It features a dual proportional valve structure, with one solenoid valve functioning as the inlet to increase pressure and the second as the exhaust to reduce pressure. The use of two proportional solenoid valves is the key to the EPR-3000’s high resolution control. Electronic control is provided via digital or analogue communication. Alternatively, manual control is achieved via the front keypad and pushbuttons. The EPR-3000 is used for static or low flow applications for non-corrosive gases. A key application of the module is to provide a high pressure regulator with a high pressure pilot signal, making it possible to accurately control conditions even with highly variable process flows.
