Fault phenomenon: No display fault when powered on
Fault analysis: The high-voltage DC power supply LED of the frequency converter is on, indicating that the high-voltage DC power supply is normal. Detect that there is no DC voltage in the low-voltage DC power supply, which is the phenomenon of the switch power supply circuit not working. The switch power supply circuit is not working, which actually means that the switch transistor (K1317) is not working, and the DC voltage is not being detected. It was found that the voltage drop resistance between the high-voltage DC terminal and the primary terminal of the pulse transformer was damaged and open circuit.
Fault cause: The step-down resistor is aging, damaged, and open circuit, resulting in the failure of high-voltage direct current to be applied to the primary winding of the pulse transformer. The switch power supply cannot work, and the entire frequency converter has no low-voltage DC power supply, resulting in a no display fault.
Fault handling: Replace the step-down resistor.
