Jiantao (Hebei) Coking Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in coke production, with a designed annual production capacity of 1 million tons of stamped coke, 36000 tons of tar, and 12000 tons of crude benzene.
Benzene, toluene and xylene (BTX for short) are equivalent to Aromatic hydrocarbon, which are important basic organic chemical raw materials. The downstream products derived from aromatic hydrocarbons are widely used in the manufacture of three major synthetic materials (synthetic plastics, Synthetic fiber and synthetic rubber), organic raw materials and various intermediates. Pure benzene, toluene, and xylene are widely used in the production of fine chemical intermediates, organic raw materials, as well as pesticides and solvents. The coking crude benzene mainly contains Aromatic hydrocarbon such as benzene, toluene, xylene, and other impurities such as unsaturated compounds, sulfur compounds, oxygen compounds, and nitrogen compounds. Crude benzene refining is the process of using crude benzene as raw material and removing the above-mentioned impurities through chemical and physical methods to obtain high-purity benzene that can be used as raw material. In recent years, many domestic enterprises have launched coking projects, and the production of coking crude benzene has rapidly increased, providing abundant raw materials for crude benzene hydrofining.
