FOXBORO FBMSVL analyses the daily performance of machines equipped with FANUC CNCs through machine learning. Daily data is displayed in intuitive graphs, allowing users to easily monitor these machines for anomalies. Artificial intelligence automatically creates a baseline model of the machine during normal operation. An “anomaly score” is developed to indicate the difference between the baseline model and the daily recorded values. On the web interface, the user can easily view the anomaly score graphically. In addition, email notifications can be sent if the value exceeds a predefined threshold. Non-FANUC CNCs, PLCs and various sensors can be connected using the MTConnect or OPC-UA protocols. The information available through MT-Link i supports data-driven business decisions to optimise operations through enhanced maintenance features such as scheduling memory backups, displaying alarms/operator history, and monitoring the status of memory back-up batteries, cooling fans, motor temperatures, and more.
