F5-MEC Fixed Motion Relay


F5-MEC electric actuators generally provide five signal points: one analogue signal for feedback of the position signal of the electric actuator; two switching contact input signals for feedback of the two limit alarm signals of the electric actuator; in addition, there are two forward and reverse coil drive interfaces for connecting the power devices, such as solid state relays and thyristors, etc., and the servo amplifier or PAT module can drive solid state relays or thyristors to drive forward and reverse coils through the switching output signals. The PAT module can drive the solid state relay or thyristor through the switching output signal to drive the forward or reverse rotation of the electric actuator.

F5-MEC electric actuators are generally used in harsh environments, and in order to facilitate the implementation of the project in the industrial field, the valve position feedback signal line, power supply line and switching output signal line are concentrated in the same cable, and the crosstalk between the signal lines is serious, so the hardware of the PAT module has to be strictly designed in terms of isolation, anti-jamming and electromagnetic compatibility.

F5-MEC module design adopts photoelectric isolation technology and electromagnetic isolation technology, analogue processing circuit is isolated separately, and the switching part is isolated uniformly. Switching output part and then through the solid state relay to achieve the isolation of weak and strong power, effectively overcoming the interference between different signals; at the same time and then in the analogue processing circuits, switching circuits to do further signal conditioning and protection measures, at this time, the PAT module has a very strong anti-jamming ability and good electromagnetic compatibility, stability and reliability has been significantly improved.
