The EMERSON A6500-UM comes with its Kancaster positioning motor controller which boasts enhanced power, superior control performance and extra features. The EMERSON A6500-UM comes equipped with an internal power supply and four communication ports. Each CPU has ample programme memory, advanced diagnostic tools, and an extensive range of instructions featuring drum sequence aligners, ASCII output, floating point mathematics, trigonometric functions, some word manipulation, timed and hardware-triggered subroutines, use/next loops, padded 530 control, and more. The memory of the DANAHER S20360-SRS resides entirely within its CPU, stored in non-volatile MRAM memory, without requiring an external memory card. Its real-time clock is maintained using an off-the-shelf coin cell,

The Direct Logic 405 line of Programmable Logic Controllers offers dependable and proven hardware. It comprises various I/O modules, configurations, and specialised modules to facilitate a local/distributed I/O system of up to 3500 points. To execute process control, one can deploy the inbuilt 530 commands or the special modules. The EMERSON A6500-UM comes with a removable header and provides two distinctive power levels.By using a connection plate, the modules can be combined to form a compact solution designed for off-the-shelf installation. The position controllers are specifically designed for brushless DC motors and brushless BDH motors (EC motors) with Hall sensors and encoders, supporting up to 750 W continuous power and 1500 W peak power.
