EATON XV-440-10TVB-1-13-1
The EATON XV-440-10TVB-1-13-1 controller can accept encoder feedback to provide stall detection and motion verification. Each controller includes six discrete inputs for motion regulation and other functions, and four discrete outputs to indicate status and provide diagnostics. Each controller has a complete motion profile that can be selected by an IDEC MicroSmart FC6A PLC connected to the controller via an Ethernet-based Modbus TCP communications link. Up to 6 controllers can be connected to the PLC to control up to 12 axes of motion. Stepper motors are available in standard frame sizes with output torque of 130 or 240 oz-in.
One to six axes of motion can be controlled by the EATON XV-440-10TVB-1-13-1 Integrated Controller/Driver Unit, which combines all of the functions of AMCI’s 1-axis controller and 4.0A stepper driver into a single unit. The integrated drive/stepper motor unit provides up to 240 oz-in of torque and can be used with the iANF2E to provide a complete solution. The unit can also be controlled by a PLC. The integrated controller/driver/stepper motor unit provides integrated motion control with all the features of the AMCI 1-axis controller, driver and stepper motor. Due to its thermally efficient design, no heat sink is required. The integrated unit can operate over a wide input power range of 24-48Vdc.
