Description
D201376 METSO Distributed Unit
D201376 hardware structure is based on a cost optimized design that integrates all basic motor control functions into one module. A series of I/O signals, whether digital or analog, can be easily interfaced with application programs. Incremental encoder, digital and linear halls are merged by default. This driver is fully programmable and compatible with the Easy Sports Studio software and technical software (TML). A complete set of advanced TML instructions allows users to define and initiate complex motion sequences through PC/PLC (using appropriate motion libraries), or execute pre stored action sequences selected from I/O lines in an independent mode. The EMERSON A6220 mobile sequence can be directly programmed onto the driver, while the system control functions are processed by the monitoring PC or PLC. Sports modes such as contour, contour, transmission, electronic cameras or PVT are easy to execute in independent or multi axis configurations. The PC/PLC motion library can be used for rapid industrial integration of drives. The launch package helps users evaluate drives and develop their specific projects. Support the DS-301 and DSP402 standards of the Central Intelligence Agency. In addition, our department will also provide an ibl3605 mini (panel version of pm3605), and the embedded intelligence, plug-in design, higher power, and miniaturization size of the pm3605 driver make it a valuable motion control solution for all industrial applications that require high-precision control and limited space integration. The PIM3605 startup package helps users evaluate drives and develop their specific projects.
D201376 system configuration also supports SIL2 (EN62061) and PLD (IN13849-1). For advanced systems requiring the highest level of safety support, including System Safety Support System 2, System Safety Support System, System Safety Support System, SBC System, and System Safety Support System, the MR-J4B utilises amplifiers and motion controllers with safety modules. This flexibility allows users to reduce costs by “tuning” their system configuration to meet only the safety requirements needed for the target application. In addition to the MR-J4A (analogue/pulse train) and MR-J4B (SSCNETIII/H motion network) models, the MR-J4 series includes two additional versions for two- and three-axis operating amplifiers. This is a more compact and efficient solution that not only saves the machine builder money in terms of energy costs and reduced CO2 emissions, but also saves cabinet and panel space. mr-j4 servo series also offers cost savings of up to three times the bus speed via SSCNETIII/H (Serial Network from Servo to Motion). Due to the increase in reusable regenerative energy when using the three-axis model, the MR-J4 servo requires fewer connections and less wiring, and reduces energy consumption. mr-j4 servos are also fully supported by Mitsubishi Electric’s IQE integrated engineering software suite, which provides PLC, Motion, and HMI programming and development in a single software package.
