CI871AK01 3BSE092693R1 Intelligent Ethernet I/O Module

The CI871AK01 3BSE092693R1 module can be configured as a Modbus master or slave and comes with additional commands to configure the module and create UDTs with logical definitions of I/O, status, and control information These controller tags contain diagnostic data to make decisions based on the health of the node. They support up to 30 Modbus commands of up to 36 words each, which is sufficient for most applications. To evaluate the data, the controller forwards the information via the process bus to a maintenance station with an FDT container, such as B&R Automation Studio, PACTware or FieldCare.

The CI871AK01 3BSE092693R1 features daisy-chained networking, remote monitoring, and group configuration. They can connect to multiple devices from a large number of sources. If an error occurs, it can be diagnosed and repaired remotely. With this new design and powerful features, the ADAM-6200 series can be a well-integrated I/O solution for Ethernet control systems. The module is equipped with two inputs and outputs and uses real-time Ethernet POWERLINK to transmit HART data from sensors and actuators directly to the controller.
