CC-PAOH01 tunnel kiln is a continuous firing production equipment, through the orderly operation of the top car and the kiln is controlled by the strict control of the various points in conjunction with each blank (semi-finished products) in the kiln from the kiln to the kiln end of the “flow” process, the completion of the firing curve required by the firing process. That is to say, for the tunnel kiln control, from a macro point of view, the parameters of each controlled point is unchanged, but for the kiln to be fired billet, it must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the firing curve, punctually through each controlled point, in order to achieve the ideal firing products.

CC-PAOH01 only involves the control of switching quantity, so it adopts Japan Toshiba’s EX40-PLUS as the controller. EX40 has 40 basic I/O points, of which 24 points of input, 16 points of output, the maximum relay output current up to 2A, which is able to fully meet the system’s control requirements. In order to ensure that the system works safely and reliably, in addition to the ladder diagram to achieve interlocking, in the hardware wiring, but also on the rise, fall, high speed, low speed, forward, backward and other contactors to achieve hardware interlocking.
