CC-PAIX01 51405038-275 performs frequency conversion speed control on the three-phase asynchronous motor so that the rotational speed of the cutting blade is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 3400 r/min, and the rotational speed of the cutting blade can be set according to the material of the specimen. One stepping motor swings the pendulum arm through worm gear transmission to realize the Z-direction feeding (i.e. vertical feeding) of the cutting blade. The other two stepping motors drive the table in X direction (i.e., left-right direction) and Y direction (i.e., front-back direction) through the screws and nuts respectively. The system is equipped with four cutting modes, including constant speed cutting, in-three-out-one cutting, layer-by-layer cutting and continuous cutting.
