Institutional integration innovation refers to the reorganization of known basic mechanisms (meta mechanisms) and their meta functions to achieve overall functional and principle innovation of more complex institutional systems. Known meta mechanisms and their sub functions are the foundation of the institutional integration innovation knowledge base. Original innovation of institutions refers to the discovery of new basic institutions with specific functions, which can be directly developed into new products and serve as meta mechanisms for institutional integration innovation, expanding the space of meta mechanisms in the knowledge base. For automatic packaging machines, the meta mechanism here refers to the various functional modules of the mechanism, which have a certain degree of independence and can complete a certain action of the packaging process
