BENTLY 3500-53 133388-01 is based on SQL with a web interface, allowing users to create and manage Master Alarm Databases (MADBs) and create specific workflows to improve team communication and collaboration across single or multiple plant networks. The software also provides the ability to generate comprehensive audits and change control traceability, as well as full version numbering and “roll-back” of previous revisions. In addition, MADB can be deployed into a plant Distributed Control System (DCS) or other similar control system using Process Monitor.

Individuals can be assigned to review, approve or reject alarm parameter changes in their assigned projects. The software is clean and logical and includes an electronic signature sign-out feature. Updated alarm parameters can be exported from Process Guardian MADB to the plant control system.
