BENTLY 106M1081-01 enables machine manufacturers to display more details on the control panel, display vivid and eye-catching alarms, and illuminate their systems in general. This power PLC and enhanced HMI are equipped with a color touch screen, an improved processor, and diverse I/O options. VIDN350 is compatible with most TP/IP/serial protocols and provides Ethernet connectivity through TP/IP, GSM/SMS/GLU, MODBUS, CANBUS, and UNNIN, as well as free remote access services.

The BENTLY 106M1081-01 application allows for approximately 250 images and 1024 displays. Five programmable keys allow for customization of functionality and layout (e.g. keys can be marked as arrow keys using the provided keyboard slides). Enhanced programming features include trends, built-in alarm screens, and simple HMI language support. This high-speed PLC allows 1mb of logical memory and a typical application scan time of 15 seconds per 1k. It also provides up to 38 digital and analog I/Os, which can be expanded to 166, including digital and analog I/Os, temperature measurement, and load battery input.

The internal 120GB database supports data processing and complex recipe programs. BENTLY 106M1081-01 integrates a complete functional temperature controller in 24 530 loops with automatic tuning, built-in thermocouples, and pt100 input. This new and improved combination of features allows engineers and system designers to benefit from a powerful upgraded PLC and color touch screen HMI, with minimal budget, cabinet space, and wiring.
