MOX12-P3509 Flow Modules 

The MOX12-P3509 flow module is mainly used in gas supply, gas metering systems, analyzers and manifolds, but is also suitable for process control, e.g. for measuring low flow rates under gassing conditions. This makes the flow modules ideal for integration into medical equipment. In environmental technology, the MOX12-P3509 module can be used as a measuring instrument for gas analysis and continuous emission monitoring.

Thanks to its bi-directional calorimetric measurement, the MOX12-P3509 flow module provides fast, continuous gas flow monitoring with a response time of ≤ 20 ms. It is factory linearized with a repeatability of 0.2% and an accuracy of up to 2% fs, and is available in three versions for different flow rates of +/-50 sccm, +/-200 sccm and +/-1000 sccm. The flow modules have analog and digital I 2C outputs and are equipped with two address pins. Another advantage of the new SFS flow modules is their compact design. With a mounting space of only 50 x 40 x 20 mm, it is large enough to be integrated into a measuring cell.

The MOX12-P3509 module allows discrete wiring to be interconnected with male and female DSub connectors on a single module. specifications for the MOX12-P3509 module include a maximum voltage of 120 VAC/50 VDC, a maximum current of 2 amps, a wire range of 30-12 AWG, and an operating temperature of 110°C to -10°C. A wide range of combinations of male and female fixed and pluggable configurations are available, from 9-pin (MSRP 33) to 5-pin. Available in a variety of combined male and female fixed and pluggable configurations from 9-pin (MSRP $33.00) to 50-pin (MSRP $93.00). In addition to the MOX12-P3509 module, the MOX12-P3509 is also available as a ribbon cable module and an RJ 11/45 cable interface module. For situations where a standard module does not meet the engineer’s requirements, the MOX12-P3509 custom module allows for a wider variety of wiring needs and signal conditioning options.
