Description

ABB XVC724BE101 3BHE009017R01 Real-time Operating System

The ABB XVC724BE101 3BHE009017R01 integrates network connectivity and expansion capabilities to provide a modern, versatile SSI feedback solution for any plc-based system. The module is expandable to six 2-channel modules, allowing the user to interface up to 12 SSI sensors using a single network connection. The interface is programmed through the host controller’s (PLC) software and is compatible with most grey code or binary SSI sensors, including rotary encoders, linear sensors, barcode readers and laser distance sensors.
The module’s interface features include.
 direct interface to most grey code or binary SSI sensors
 built-in network interface
 simplifies scaling of sensor data to position
 Locked inputs provide “snapshot” data capture
 supports up to 12 SSI sensors on a single network connection
 Simple programming without additional software
 rail mounted

The ABB XVC724BE101 3BHE009017R01 offers a 4.3-inch colour touchscreen for a clear and simple operator interface. The touchscreen and five function keys are housed in a flat fascia unit with IP66/IP65/NMA4X rating,ABB XVC724BE101 3BHE009017R01. Feature communication options include Ethernet, cellular and industrial protocols such as MODBUS, DF1 Slave, Bachmann Networks, J1939, Campbell, etc. In addition, the “Protocol” utility allows Vision 430 communication via virtually any ASCII protocol. The unit can be accessed directly via the small UBC programming port and remotely via GLU/GSM/CDMA and other IP networks for data acquisition and programme download. Another major benefit is the ability to notify supervisors of important information via email and SMS, allowing for real-time remote management.
