ABB PM858 3BSE093350R1 communication switching power
To ensure stable operation of communication switching power supply, it is necessary to have strong electromagnetic interference resistance. It should have sufficient anti-interference ability for electric fields, magnetic fields, and electromagnetic waves to ensure its normal operation and stable and uninterrupted power supply for communication equipment. At the same time, it should not be affected by the interference caused by electromagnetic waves during communication in the communication system itself. Generally speaking, the interference sources that switching power supplies are subjected to include interference caused by rapid changes in voltage and current, conducted interference, and radiated interference. The interference sources of switching power supply include: the high-power switch tube of the switching power supply operates in the switching state of high voltage and high current, forming a surge voltage when switching from on to off state, or a surge current when switching from off to on state. Their higher-order harmonic components will emit outward through space or form an interference source through the conduction of power lines. When switching from off to on state, the rectifier diode on the side of the switching transformer is limited by the reverse recovery characteristic, generating a peak like reverse current. It forms a damped sinusoidal oscillation with the diode junction capacitance and lead inductance, and also contains a large amount of harmonic components, forming interference.
Electromagnetic interference characteristics of communication switching power supply:
(1) Rectifier or freewheeling diodes and main power transformers operate in high voltage, high current, and high-frequency switching modes. Rapid changes in current and voltage can cause interference, resulting in unstable internal operation of the switching power supply and a decrease in power supply performance.
(2) Polarization and directional characteristics of transmitting and receiving antennas, EMC radiation. The communication switching power supply is subject to RF magnetic field interference ranging from 9kHz to 30MHz;
