ABB GFD233A 3BHE022294R0103 control system is mainly realized by MODBUS communication control. Therefore, the master and controlled devices must both support MODBUS protocol, Yonghong PLC provides a convenient MODBUS MASTER form, intuitive and easy to understand, as shown in Figure 2. Among them, the 0th, 2nd and 4th information is to write 1#2#3# inverter control word and given value 1 respectively; the 1st, 3rd and 5th information is to read the status word of 1#2#3# inverter.
ABB GFD233A 3BHE022294R0103 series inverter can communicate with external PLC control system through serial RS485 bus, the communication protocol is the RTU form of MODBUS, and its control commands and given frequency are all from MODBUS communication, and its RS485 bus structure is shown in Fig. 3.The registers of TVF2000 inverter 40001 is the control word, register 40002 is the given value 1, register 40004 is the status word, and register 40005 is the actual value.
