(1) On the operation panel, there is a “weight CLR clear” button. When this button is pressed, the weight of the wound wire is zeroed; if it is kept pressed for more than 35 minutes, the accumulated weight is zeroed (the time delay function is realized by the PLC).
If the button is kept pressed for more than 35 minutes, the accumulated weight will be cleared to zero (time delay function is realized by PLC).
(2) The main screen is equipped with data such as “preset weight, wire diameter, wound weight and accumulated weight”.
(3) There are three sub-screen switching buttons for “User Parameters” (see Table 4), “Process Parameters” and “Mechanical Parameters”.
