Description
ABB 3ASC25H208 DATX100 General Purpose I/O Optimisation
With a wide range of features including industrial wide temperature range support and graphics capability, the COM Express 6 compact module supports two Ddr4-2133 SOM-type sockets with a maximum system memory capacity of up to 32GB. it is designed to operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to +185°F) to meet the needs of a variety of harsh environments. The system-on-module also delivers compute, graphics and media performance through its Intel Universal 9 graphics engine, Direct x12.0, OCL2.0, Ogl4.3 functionality and 4K resolution support (4096×2160@30 Hz). As a result, the CEM511 is designed for graphics-intensive applications on Industrial Integrated Management Networks (IIMNs), including industrial control systems, medical imaging, digital signage, game consoles, military and networking.
The Intel core-based CEM511 offers a variety of I/O options, including six PCI fast channels, three satellite-600 interfaces, a Gigabit LAN port with Intel I2190M controller, four USB 2.0 ports, eight USB 2.0 ports and four digital I/O channels. In addition, the LPC bus can be used to connect legacy I/O interfaces. The Trusted Platform Module (TPM1.2) is also supported to provide hardware-based data protection.
General purpose I/O optimisation, designed to help process engineers make the most of general purpose I/O, combines the ability to group and configure line functions. The VIP-ER, with its internal control system, consists of a base, as well as several function-specific input/output modules and compatible accessories The VIP-ER base is a universal base to which any signal can be connected and assembled to the controller. Individual I/O accessories can accept a wide range of signals.
