Description

A1SJ51T64 External Rotary Encoder

The A1SJ51T64 needs to monitor or participate in the control of parameters at the production site in real time. An easy way to realize the above requirements is to use the wide coverage of the public telephone network, so that the PLC and other lower computer using a modem (MODEM) and the computer’s modem connection communication, you can complete the hardware connection. As shown in Figure 1. In terms of software, it consists of two parts: the remote lower unit software control and the remote monitoring station software.

A1SJ51T64 detects the location of the gate through an external rotary encoder of FBs-10MA, and then controls the forward and reverse rotation of the motor of the traction gate according to the set position of the on-site human-machine interface or PC (5Km downstream), so as to make the gate rise or fall to the specified position. 2 (RS485) communication ports obtained by the expansion of FBs-CB25 are used for communication of PWS1711, and 1 (RS485) communication port is used for communication of PWS1711, and 1 (RS485) communication port is used for communication of PWS1711. The communication port 2 (RS485) of the FBs-CB25 extension is used for PWS1711 communication, the communication port 1 (RS232) is used for connecting to MODEM, and the USB port on the host computer is used for connecting to a laptop computer for debugging.

The A1SJ51T64’s main memory has a maximum storage capacity of 512KB, and the CPU can process up to 82K statements and provide a maximum of 8192 tokens, 512 timers and 512 counters. The CPU can be expanded to 1024 DI/DO or 128 AI/AO, and its most powerful functions can also be reached by an integrated PROFIBUS-DP interface, which can be set up as a master or slave device. Up to 125 PROFIBUS-DP stations can be connected to the master device. The data transfer rate is 12 Mbps. The distributed I/O is configured and programmed in exactly the same way as the central I/O (i.e. with STEP 7). Its communication protocol chip SPC3 integrates the FDL layer of the DP protocol and can take on the microprocessor load of the communication part and realize the DP slave communication processing.
