The working principle of 8106-TI-RT centrifuge is to send the material to be separated into the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feeding tube, under the effect of centrifuge force field, the material filter cloth (screen) to realize filtration, the liquid phase is discharged through the liquid discharge pipe, and the solid phase is retained in the drum, and the cake in the drum will reach the specified loading capacity of the machine when it stops loading, the cake will be washed, and the washing liquid will be filtered out at the same time.

8106-TI-RT stops loading, washes the filter cake, and filters out the washing liquid; after reaching the separation requirements, the centrifuge runs at a low speed, and the scraper device operates to scrape down the filter cake, completing a working cycle.

8106-TI-RT is controlled by Mitsubishi FX2N-40MR programmable controller (PLC), when the program is set up for unattended automation or select manual control, and the whole process of charging, primary filtration, washing, fine filtration, unloading and so on is monitored. The centrifuge speed regulation adopts PLC+D/A module, frequency converter for speed regulation, voltage (0-10V) to control the frequency converter frequency, the frequency converter adopts EVF series frequency converter of German Lenze Company, the power is 22KW. the touch screen adopts EASYVIEW 5.7 inches 4 grayscale touch screen.
