8101-HI-TX-02 uses plc to collect analog signals, data processing, through the serial communication port uploaded to the computer, the computer analyzes the data uploaded, classifies them into the database, displays them in real time on the power distribution screen, and provides data query.

8101-HI-TX-02 communication interface signal line using rs-485, this signal line is half-duplex, that is, can not receive and send at the same time. The plc will be placed in the run state, you can plc in the send buffer stored in the data and signals into the host computer’s serial port, the host computer through the serial communication program to receive these data and display and through the database control adodc binding, the data recorded to the database, so as to complete the sampling of data.

8101-HI-TX-02 data to be collected include daily volume, fault volume and equipment action volume. For the daily quantity, the data should be displayed on the main control plane of the power distribution screen every time so that the staff can observe the real-time data, but it is not necessary to record the daily quantity into the database, but only need to record it once in a while (record it once every half an hour in this case), and for the fault quantity and the equipment action quantity, as long as the equipment has a fault or an action, it has to be recorded into the database so that the staff can query it.
