The 5466-316 small terminal block wires are routed through a plug. The travel switch is connected by a white cable, divided into three wires, generally black (or yellow) is the travel common wire, travel switch are connected to the normally open contact (near the swing arm of the two screws). After connecting, move the travel switch by hand, X4 lights up the upper limit position, X3 lights up the lower limit position. Otherwise check or replace. Turn the counter wheel by hand in the direction of the travelling plate, the computer should display the value, if it is negative, change the 3 and 4 of the small wire row (or X5 and X6).

5466-316 Operation:
1 Press “Pump On” to start the oil pump. Note the direction of rotation of the pump motor.
2 Press and hold “Fast Forward” to move the board to the outside of the cutter, press and hold “Lower Knife” to cut off the board, and press and hold “Raise Knife” to raise the knife to the outside of the cutter.
Press and hold “Lower Knife” to cut off the board, and press and hold “Raise Knife” to raise the knife to the upper limit.
3 Press “Control Setting” to set the control length and number of sheets.

5466-316 of the upper and lower two lines of digital tubes were to control the cut length and the number of cuts, the set line will be blinking to indicate that, press the “start to determine” key to switch the position of the input. Input numbers can directly modify the corresponding parameters. If there is a mistake during the input process, you can press the “Cancel” key to delete the entered data and return to the display of the original parameters. To set the control quantity to 100, 1- Press the “Control Setting” key to enter the “Control Parameter Setting State” in the manual state. 2- Press the “Start OK” key to enter the “Control Parameter Setting State” in the manual state. 3- Press the “Cancel” key to delete the entered data.
