51402455-100 The MP-DNCF02-200 combines all the benefits of colour into a compact all-in-one PLC/HMI device. Colour displays are becoming increasingly common in today’s automation. They enable machine builders to show more detail on the operator panel and display vivid, eye-catching alarms.

The PLC and enhanced HMI come with a 3.5-inch colour touchscreen, an improved processor and a wide range of I/O options.The Vision350 adapts to most TCP/IP/serial protocols, provides Ethernet connectivity via TCP/IP, GSM/SMS/GPRS, Modbus, CANopen and UniCAN, and includes a remote access utility!

The 51402455-100 MP-DNCF02-200 is capable of supporting 3 MB of image application memory and 512 KB of font application memory, allowing approximately 250 images and 1024 displays per application. Five programmable keys allow customisation of functions and layout (for example, keys can be marked as arrow keys using the provided keyboard sliders). Enhanced programming features include trending, built-in alarm screens and simple HMI language support.

This high-speed PLC supports 1 MB of logic memory with a typical application scan time of 15s per 1 K. It also offers up to 38 on-board digital and analogue I/o, expandable to a maximum of 166, including digital and analogue I/o, temperature measurement and load cell inputs. An internal 120 KB database supports data logging and supports complex recipe programs.The Vision350 features 24 PID loops with auto-tuning, as well as on-board thermocouple and PT100 inputs, integrating a full-featured temperature controller.
