51305072-300 CLCN-B combines all the benefits of colour in one compact PLC/HMI unit. In today’s automation, colour displays are becoming increasingly common. They allow machine builders to show more detail on the control panel and to display alarms in a vivid and eye-catching way.

The PLC and enhanced HMI feature a 3.5″ colour touch screen, an improved processor and a wide range of I/O options. The Vision350 is compatible with most TCP/IP/serial protocols, provides Ethernet connectivity via TCP/IP, GSM/SMS/GPRS, Modbus, CANopen and UniCAN, and includes a remote access utility!

The 51305072-300 CLCN-B can support 3MB image application memory and 512KB font application memory, allowing approximately 250 images and 1024 displays per application. Five programmable keys allow functions and layout to be customised (for example, keys can become arrow keys using the keyboard sliders supplied). Advanced programming features include trends, built-in alarm screens and easy HMI language support.

This high speed PLC provides 1MB of logic memory with a typical application scan time of 15 sec/1K, and up to 38 integrated digital and analogue I/Os, expandable to a maximum of 166, including digital and analogue I/Os, temperature measurement and load cell inputs. An internal 120 KB database supports data logging and supports complex recipe programmes. The Vision350 has 24 PID loops with auto-tuning, as well as on-board thermocouple and PT100 inputs, and integrates a full-featured temperature controller.
