When FSSS receives signals from AA, BB1, BB2, and CC layers to fully close the auxiliary air baffle, the corresponding layer’s auxiliary air baffle is fully closed; When the FSSS receives the furnace blowing signal, the corresponding auxiliary air baffle maintains a 40% opening.
The fuel auxiliary air baffle control system is shown in Figure 4. The function f (x) gives the corresponding relationship between the fuel pressure and the opening of the fuel air baffle. If the oil gun on layer A is put into use, the control command of the opening of the fuel auxiliary air baffle given by the Function generator passes through the switch SWCH_ A. Select the bellows differential pressure control command and apply it to the actuator at the four corners of layer A to control the opening of the fuel auxiliary air baffle. That is, when the oil gun is in the programmed ignition position, the corresponding auxiliary windshield should be in the “oil gun ignition” position, and the number of oil guns put into operation should be corrected.
