Description
350022M 288055-01 I/O Integration Module
350022M 288055-01 includes user-defined web pages, fast I/O updates, IIS 61131-3 compliance, a variety of fieldbus options (PROFIBUS/MOBUS), hot-swap I/O modules, redundancy features, support for up to 32 expansion racks (CE/RoHS), enhanced diagnostics, design for easy installation and amplification, flexible architecture, wide-area I/O and special modules. Considering the requirements of process companies, project processing companies, conveyor manufacturers, machinery manufacturers, production monitoring system manufacturers and EPC contractors in the field of water, power and building automation, Messone Systems has deployed its best resources to develop these products.
The 350022M 288055-01 has the ability to handle large amounts of I/OS very quickly, embedded Linux operating system with real-time multitasking capabilities, multiple Ethernet ports and extension cable redundancy. It also includes user-friendly features in the mechanical architecture such as diagnostic LCDs on each module, special diagnostic buttons for on-site diagnostics, dynamically updating diagnostic web pages, huge memory for data storage, application event logging, remote monitoring, hot plugging of all modules and a roadmap for achieving hot standby redundancy. And that’s not all; the product has licensed IP from one of the few groups/companies whose technology is embedded in the design, which has been designed to facilitate its use in a variety of applications in the infrastructure, machinery automation, water management and utility sectors. The product is designed primarily for process automation controllers. Its ability to handle large volumes of analogue I/OS and associated processing is highly valued. the PLC options range from 10-15 years of life focusing on the medium to large I/O market.
The module can support 24 auto-adjusting 530 cycles to control temperature, level, and pressure, while the 16-bit, 3.5″ 320×240 QVGA colour touchscreen displays data, colour trend graphs, and attention-grabbing alarm screens. Display options are virtually endless, with over 1024 user-designed screens and up to 250 images per application. Internal memory stores 1mb of application logic, plus 512K of fonts and 6mb of images.
Communication options include Ethernet, cellular and industrial protocols such as MODBUS, DF1 Slave, J1939, CANCAST and more. In addition, the Vision 350 unit can be “taught” to communicate via virtually any ASCII protocol. The controller is also capable of time-based and instantaneous interruptions, making it a natural for “fast response” applications like packaging machines.
