3500/64M 140734-05 is an integrated PLC and robot controller designed for robot cell applications, providing powerful performance within one unit. This integration unit combines ABBATAYOORS flexible AC500 PLC and its IRC5 robot controller, eliminating the cost and space of a separate PLC cabinet, greatly reducing the installation and operation time of the robot production unit. This integrated controller has up to three local I/O boards and remote I/OS bus communication, providing users with a single control point for a range of production unit functions, including peripheral production equipment such as chucks, feedback devices, and auxiliary machines. Supports all major communication standards, including DEICENET, PRFIBUS data exchange systems, CANBOST and MOBUS data exchange systems, as well as wireless communication. Capable of fully graphical and high-level language command, and supporting programming from international standardization organizations in Asia and the United States.
