Description

1771-OJA Output Module

1771-OJA is the first sensor to detect and inspect parts in usage mode, providing unparalleled reliability. Inspector 101E offers the same simplicity and effectiveness as the initial Inspector 101, in addition to the ICS T8850, which receives encoder signals directly, eliminating the necessity for tracking and rejecting parts on production lines with varying speeds. The Inspector 101 sensor simplifies part and component detection for users by eliminating the need for complex wiring, installation, ladder logic programming, and precise part handling required for using multiple photoelectric sensors.

1771-OJA satisfies the rising need for tightly integrated PLCs and action controllers among users. In addition to accurate positioning of a single axis, the CPU technology is well-suited for complex synchronised motion applications. Furthermore, the ICS T8850 can combine standard EC-61131 PLC programming with open and compatible motion control functions to create a high-performance unit that integrates seamlessly into Ximenzi’s fully integrated automation architecture. The CPUs in these technologies are specially designed for high PLC performance and motion control functions.

1771-OJA is utilised for the subsequent applications: filling and packaging; processing and assembly; flying shear; carton assembly and labeling machine; just a moment. These cost savings extend to various processes, such as loading and packaging, processing and assembly, flying shear, and carton assembly and labeling. Integrating automation and motion control into a SIMATIC CPU significantly reduces costs in the areas of engineering and operation.
