Description
1771-IFMS Millivolt Input Module
1771-IFMS screwdrivers are IEC60900:2004 and VDE certified and are insulated up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC, providing users with safe protection against electric shock.IDEC offers a wide range of other control panel components that use push-in terminals, such as pushbuttons/lamps, relay sockets, safety relay modules, power supplies, RFID readers, and PLCs.The S3TL series of inserts and Tools are the ideal way for installers and technicians to make electrical connections to these and other devices.IDEC offers a wide range of quality connection products so that users can select the product that best meets their standards, functionality and pricing requirements.
1771-IFMS provides 1 thermocouple/pt100 input and 1 analogue input. Both models include additional digital I/OS —- up to 24 total I/O counts. The pilot can be set up using the on-board temperature/analogue inputs, as well as analogue or piezo outputs (all on-board transistor outputs can be used as piezo outputs). The Jazz is also equipped with a full-featured HMI with a two-line LCD text display showing up to 60 user-designed screens and a 16-key keypad. The multilingual display supports over 15 languages and 20 graphical symbols. Control and communication options make it flexible and functional from any “smart repeater” – 24K (virtual) ladder logic. Software features include interrupts, loops, maths, memory and comparison. Communication options include SMS text messaging, MODBUS networking and pc access via MODBUS or OPC.
1771-IFMS Jazz PLC with temperature inputs is a great solution for any small machine that needs “smart” temperature control – RTC-based oven start-up, simple ramp and soak, simple multi-step programming, etc. It’s also ideal for simple autoclaves. It’s also perfect for simple pressure cookers, rotary tables, home automation and other small to medium sized systems where every penny counts. For systems that cannot easily tolerate downtime due to a single point of failure. The module uses hardware and software components to create a control system with redundant PACS capable of interfacing with a variety of I/O devices. This improves reliability if an event related to a control switch failure occurs, by providing operational redundancy in the transfer of “fault-free” I/O control between the soft plc CPUs.
