1756-TBCH Inverter Power Supply


1756-TBCH adopts high-frequency conversion, through the high-frequency DC-DC conversion technology, the first low-frequency DC into high-frequency low-frequency AC, through the high-frequency transformer step-up and then rectified into high-voltage DC, if the sinusoidal conversion, you can get 50Hz, 220V sinusoidal wave AC. But because of the use of high-frequency conversion, thus small size, light weight, low noise, high efficiency.

The resonant conversion of 1756-TBCH is also used in the inverter power supply system, which constitutes a resonant high-efficiency inverter power supply. The inverter power supply adopts zero-voltage switching technology in the DC-DC conversion, so the switching loss can be basically eliminated, and the efficiency of the power supply will not be significantly reduced even when the switching frequency exceeds 1MHz. In this paper, a phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage switching PWM converter is chosen as the DC-DC boost link. This design is for the DC-DC module in detail.
