1756-ENBT is a vertical scraper discharge automatic filtration centrifuge, mainly used for solid-phase particulate suspended material solid-liquid phase separation, can also be used for fibrous material solid-liquid phase separation. It is widely used in mineral, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. At present, most of the centrifuges are still controlled by the relay, the use of graded speed regulation, centrifuge working speed adjustment of a single, high equipment failure rate, low production efficiency. In order to overcome these problems, we carry out technical modification of the electronic control system of 1250 centrifuges in pharmaceutical factories, adopting PLC control and frequency converter speed regulation, which has a high degree of automation, good stability and reliable operation, and has been successfully applied in many pharmaceutical factories.
1756-ENBT will be separated by the feed pipe into the high-speed rotary centrifuge drum, centrifuge force field, the material filter cloth (screen) to achieve filtration, the liquid phase through the liquid pipe discharge, the solid phase is retained in the drum, to be the drum cake to reach the required amount of machine loading, to stop loading the cake, washing, and at the same time will be filtered out of the washing liquid to achieve the separation requirements, the centrifuge low-speed operation, scraping devices After the separation requirements are met, the centrifuge runs at a low speed and the scraper device acts to scrape down the filter cake to complete a working cycle. 1756-ENBT centrifugal process: 1) feeding: when the frequency converter speed reaches 20Hz, first open the feed valve, layer detection valve, when the detection of layer full, close the feed valve and delay 10S, layer full signal disappeared again open the feed valve to perform the above actions for two consecutive times. 2) centrifugal: when the third full signal is generated, close the feed valve frequency converter speed to 50Hz for high-speed separation. High-speed separation, centrifugal time can be set by the touch screen, time to the frequency converter speed down to 40Hz. 3) cleaning and drying: open the cleaning valve for cleaning, cleaning time, pause time and the number of times the separation of drug varieties set by the touch screen.
