For Vesakulen M2M dashboards, the 1756-A7B PLC chip provides Ethernet, Wi-Fi, cellular or satellite monitoring, data logging and control. The P-Series PLC on Chip also includes hardware features. Ethernet communication and MODBUS trade protocols, serial communication with MODBUS master and master control features, enhanced counter/timer functionality, 164 digital inputs/outputs, up to eight analogue inputs at 12 bits resolution and one analogue output at 10 bits resolution, a real-time clock integrated, an interface for SD card, an SPI port, quadrature counters, keyboard and display interface, extended user memory on chip, shortened scan time and 2 CAN ports.

1756-A7 B enables real-time communication and transparent integration of control infrastructure and plant floor devices, such as RFID readers, with system applications including SAP.com. The company is currently collaborating with SUN Microsystems as a software vendor. Today, SUN announced the general availability of its SUNJava Systems RFID software, which simplifies and expedites the deployment and management of RFID networks, supports high-capacity data management, and is easily integrated with enterprise corporate systems. “In the industrial and construction automation, retail, and transportation sectors, the editorial software controller broadens the usage of leading enterprise applications like SAP, to cover various types of machinery on the factory floor.”

1756-A7 B enables setting up and programming for communication with Vaisakum M2M. The VersansCLCSM2M portal can be configured through drag-and-drop widgets, and an API may be developed to communicate with the customer’s software while also sending emails and messages to necessary staff.This device incorporates machine control and communication with VERSAKURM2M on a single chip, utilizing an IoT-enabled, PLC-operable Internet. Functions cover remote monitoring for response, equipment rental, field testing, proactive maintenance, machine-to-machine control, and collection of predictive maintenance data.
