Description
1747-L553 Touch Screen Card
1747-L553 When the wellhead or the bottom of the well sends a drive signal through the signal communication circuit, the drive condition is available. The driver pushes the brake handle forward away from the tight brake position, and the main motor releases the brake. When the driver pushes the operating handle of the main command controller to the forward (or reverse) extreme position, the main control plc controls the high voltage commutator through the program to get power firstly, so that the high voltage signal is sent to the stator winding of the main motor, and the main motor is connected to all rotor resistances to start, and then removes the 8 sections of resistances in turn, realizes the automatic acceleration, and finally operates in the natural mechanical characteristics.
When 1747-L553 hoist is running, the rotary encoder follows the rotation of the main motor and outputs two columns of a/b phase pulses, which are respectively connected to the input terminals of a/b phase pulses of the high-speed counter hsc0 of the main control plc, and then the main control plc determines the counting mode of hsc0 according to the phase relationship of a/b pulses automatically. According to the counting value of hsc0, the lifting stroke can be calculated and displayed. At the same time, only according to the a-phase pulse output from the rotary encoder, the main control plc carries out the plus counting. According to the counting value of hsc1 in constant interval time, the lifting speed can be calculated.
1747-L553 main circuit is used to supply power to the hoisting motor, realize the protection against loss of voltage and overcurrent, control the steering of the motor and regulate the speed. The main circuit consists of high-voltage switchgear, normally open contact of high-voltage commutator, normally open main contact of power braking contactor, power braking power supply device, hoisting motor, motor rotor resistance, normally open main contact of accelerating contactor (1jc~8jc), and indication ammeter and voltmeter installed on the driver’s operating table.
