Description
146031-01 Trusted TMR 24Vdc Analog Input Module
The 146031-01 provides 16kb of flash memory, 256b of EPROM, and 2kb of RAM in 14-, 20-, and 24-pin packages. The device incorporates key features of other TINYavR microcontrollers, including the event system controller, allowing peripheral devices to communicate without the use of a central processing unit (CPU) and enabling designers to customise the configuration of the microcontroller for their specific application. A microcontroller peripheral touch controller (PTC) simplifies the development of capacitive touch systems. Other integrated features include a 20 MHz internal oscillator, high-speed serial communications with USATT, SPI, and I2C, configurable custom logic blocks, a 10-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) with internal voltage referencing, operating voltages ranging from 1.8 volts to 5.5 volts, and Popowower technology for sleep currents as low as 100 nm.
The 146031-01 is used to sense any process such as temperature, level, pressure, flow etc. If you just work at random without knowing what is actually happening in the process and without any feedback, then the process is immediately destroyed. In any case, feedback is required, and this task is easily accomplished by sensors. With sensors, you can use feedback to precisely control any process.
146031-01 The best known controller is the PLC. the programme is written in Placid To get the inputs, study the logic and give the required outputs. Any factory-level operation from basic to advanced needs a PLC to function properly. PLC is the first level of industrial automation. Without a PLC, you won’t have access to advanced SCAD, DCS, IOT, Cloud Networking, etc. The level of automation to control the whole industry. Therefore, PLC plays an important role in industrial instrumentation.
