Description

140CPS11420 Standalone I/O Processor

The 140CPS11420 provides many dedicated modules and function modules for various signals and applications in the industrial field, such as temperature, tension, stepper motor drives, oscilloscopes, drum sequence generator signals, incremental pulse encoding signals, weighing signals and ultrasonic signals, power measurements and grid synchronisation, PWM outputs and so on. They make it easy to connect various forms of field signals to the digital control system with the PCC at its core.

140CPS11420 Users can expand and network the I/O channels of the application system by tens, hundreds or even thousands of points as required. all digital inputs of PCC are isolated by photoelectric coupling, and analogue inputs are also processed by RC filtering, so it has a very good ability of anti-electromagnetic interference. 140CPS11420 Inside the PCC module, the CPU’s data bus is separated from the I/O bus and is configured with an independent I/O processor.

The main CPU of the 140CPS11420 contains an independent Time Processing Unit (TPU ), which can handle simple or complex timing tasks at high speed without increasing the CPU load, and its reference timing frequency can be as high as 6.29MHz, so it is currently widely used in frequency and phase measurements as well as PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) applications that require extremely high precision time processing. Therefore, it is widely used in frequency, phase measurement and PWM (pulse width modulation) applications that require extremely high accuracy.
